No, you don’t need to be home for your bins to be cleaned. We service them on your trash pickup day—just leave them at the curb, and we’ll take care of the rest on your scheduled date.

How do I updated my payment information?
Click the CUSTOMER LOGIN button on the top or bottom of our website. On the landing page, select the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab. Under the ACTIONS section, locate the UPDATE button and click it. Follow the prompts to update your payment information.
How do I pay for an order that is listed in my account as UNPAID?
Click the CLIENT LOGIN button on the top or bottom of our website. After logging in, you’ll be directed to your profile, where all your orders are displayed. Find the order you need to pay and click the PAY link to the right of it. On the next page, select “Pay with Bank or Credit Card” (which will already be checked). This will expand the payment module, allowing you to enter your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the payment process.
